Gerrit combines operational leadership in the care and healthcare market with the development of scalable trust infrastructures for regulated markets. He developed the MediCoinSwiss TrustLayer and filed six patent applications. His focus is on product authentication and compliance – including compatibility with EU initiatives such as the Digital Product Passport (DPP). He is responsible for overall strategy, execution, and long-term business development. He also manages care service locations in Wetzikon, Kilchberg, and Zug.
Dr. Florian Kleinau combines expertise in the medical and MedTech sectors with a strong background in finance and organizational development. He has built and scaled companies from their early stages to the growth phase in Europe, China, and the USA. At MediCoinSwiss, he is responsible for financial strategy and structural development.
Philipp held senior roles at Accenture and Deloitte before founding his own company at the intersection of nutrition and consumer goods. He combines structured consulting thinking with practical product management, translating market requirements into scalable, commercially viable products – from specification and implementation to market readiness.
Ozan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Automation and Robotics. He combines mechanical design and automation with IoT and embedded development and brings practical experience in hardware and software prototyping as well as data-driven system optimization (C/C++, Rust).
Qendrim holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering with a strong focus on web security and cybersecurity. He combines secure application development with practical experience in vulnerability assessment, network security, and system hardening, bringing hands-on expertise in protecting web applications and IT infrastructures from modern threats.
